About Jackie Mendelsohn

Jacqueline Mendelsohn, DPT, CHC, CLT is a Clinical Specialist for Fern Health who is dedicated to improving the function, mobility, and quality of life for individuals with pain. With over 16 years of clinical experience in the areas of orthopedics, oncology, and neurology, Jackie understands each individual is unique and values the treatment of pain from a biopsychosocial approach. She has worked at some of the leading centers in the northeast for medical and rehabilitative care, as well as dedicated time to physical therapy students as a teaching assistant. Jackie received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Dominican College, and to further her goals of treating individuals as a whole, she also holds certification as a health coach and lymphedema therapist.
